The creative team from local cake shop Sweet Secrets has added microalgae, from the Eiyoka Algae series, to their cup cakes and bite-size cakes.
These lovely treats were served at the HKSTP's annual event to celebrate progress in Innovation & Tech.
Cup Cakes on the left: Blue Majik Mixed Berries, Euglena Matcha and Asterxanthin Goji Berries Wild Orange.
Bite-Size Cakes: Euglena Matcha Lime, Asterxanthin Goji Berries Wild Orange and Asterxanthin Rainbow Majik.
